Accessing the practice

Disability Access

If you have any special needs please let our staff know so that we can help and ensure you get the same support in the future.

The Practice building has been designed for disabled access. There is a disabled access point at the reception desk and disabled toilets.

We would ask that you let us know if you need help as your disability may not be a visible one. We would also welcome any suggestions you may have in making your visit to the surgery easier.

We have a loop induction system at the reception desk to assist the hearing impaired.

If you or family members are blind or partially sighted we can give you a large print of our practice leaflet upon request. Please ask Reception for further information.

How to find us

  • Bus: The following buses run past the surgery on Field End Road: 282(towards Ealing Hospital). The following bus 114 (towards Ruislip) stops opposite post office on Eastcote Lane – near the Surgery.
  • Train/Tube: The nearest tube station is Eastcote on the Metropolitan and Piccadilly line. Then catch the 282 bus outside the station heading toward Ealing Hospital.

Non-urgent advice: Extended Access

We are happy to announce we are now offering extended hours for both GP and nursing care.

There are now appointments with GPs and nurses available to book for patients outside of the standard GP practice opening hours. The appointments will be divided between three HUB sites across Hillingdon, and all patients from registered Confederation practices across Hillingdon will have access through their practice to book one if available to them.

For our practice, this means that we will have more bookable appointments for patients to utilise. It means that we can offer more availability and choice of times when our normal hours of practice are full.

When are these appointments available?

The additional appointments will be available at the hubs at:

Eastcote Health Centre Hub, Abbotsbury Gardens Pinner Middlesex HA5 1TG

Weekdays 6.30pm to 8.00pm

Saturdays 12-4pm, Sunday 12-4pm
